Why is my cashback reward Pending?

After a sale from your activated cashback offer is complete, you will see those cashback earnings appear in your dashboard marked Pending. Please note that it can take 24-48 hours for merchants to notify us after a sale.

Cashback earnings may be Pending for two reasons: 

  • Merchants typically place a hold of 30 or more days to make sure the order isn't canceled or returned. On some purchases, this hold might be longer. For example, the hold period for hotel bookings can last until the stay is complete.

  • After the merchant’s hold period ends and we receive the funds, your transaction will switch from Pending to Confirmed.
