I logged in to my loan servicer through Spinwheel’s Connect Module and everything is blank, why is this?

You could be presented with entirely blank information if your loan servicer has migrated from your current servicer to your new servicer. This is entirely normal, and the way to move forward would be to navigate to “connect another loan” or “add another account”. This will allow you to connect your new loan(s) once your account is registered with the new servicer.
