I see my loans, but the info looks wrong. What should I do?

With the migrations occurring it is pertinent to determine if your servicer is one of the servicers migrating their loans. This would be cause for you to be able to login and see your loans but either have missing info, null info, or everything be $0.

If this is not your scenario, and you’re seeing fully populated data with numbers that do not match your current loan details - first verify that you have only connected one account (as connecting multiple accounts will change totals, effective debt, and progress). Otherwise, this would be considered an atypical situation and it is recommended that you reach out to your servicer to confirm these details.
