I reviewed the transaction list and I don’t see a payment I thought I made, what do I do?

First, confirm on your bank statement that your payment was indeed processed. If the payment was processed, please confirm that your servicer hasn’t been migrated, as it is possible the amount processed with the new servicer. If you can confirm that the payment was processed by your bank to your expected loan servicer, and it has been outside of the typical 3-5 business day time interval for processing, then it is time to call your loan servicer to discuss the details of the missing payment. This is an atypical scenario, however, with any payment processing, it is good to stay on top of your payments and know where they’re going and when they’re applied.
