Why aren't my credentials working?

Spinwheel is directly integrated with your existing servicer, so if your credentials are not working, then either your credentials are incorrect, your servicer is currently down, or you have a new servicer that you have been migrated to. If none of these options are true, then come back and try again in 24hrs.

 

You can always reset your password directly through Spinwheel’s Connect Module.
