Open the app and go to the Move Money tab.
From there, tap the New Transfer option.
Select the 'From' field with the account or goal you would like to transfer the money from, and then the 'To' field with the account or goal you would like to move the funds to. At the bottom, you'll be able to select the amount you would like to transfer. Tap 'Transfer Money' to review and complete the transfer.
