Sometimes when linking your external account with Qapital, we'll need to verify it by sending “penny deposits” to your bank.
These deposits appear in your external funding account in 1-3 business days as two small deposits by Qapital under $0.50, and will be followed by a withdrawal that totals the amount of the deposits.
If penny deposits are sent, you'll be asked to verify these amounts in the app in order to link the account. If you encounter any errors with this, please reach out to support@qapital.com or the via the in-app support section.
