We will need proof of your name change to update your name. Please submit one of the following documents:
- A Marriage license
- Divorce papers
- Court orders of name change
along with a state-issued ID (like a driver's license or passport) that reflects your new name.
You can send these to support@qapital.com with the subject line "Name Change," or you can open a support ticket in the app by selecting the 'Profile' tab > 'Support' > 'Message us' and attach the documents there.
