In the 'Accounts' screen, scroll down to 'Funding Account' and tap 'Change.' You will be able to select a new funding account from the list of valid checking accounts you have linked with Qapital. Before you change your account, make sure you do not have any pending transfers.
Please note that if you switch a funding account through the app, you will have to wait 90 days before you can change it again without help from the support team.
If you are unable to change the account automatically, please send either:
(1) a photo of a direct deposit form,
(2) a bank statement, or
(3) a voided check.
AND two photos of your valid government-issued ID/Driver's License. One being a close up of just the ID, and one holding it next to your face (selfie).
Whichever you choose, please make sure it is (PNG or JPEG format only) and that it clearly shows your full name with both the full account number and routing number.
Please send the documents to email@example.com with the subject "Change Funding Account", or you can attach them in an open support ticket in the app by selecting the 'Profile' tab, 'Support', and 'View Past Conversations'.
