To change your mailing address, you'll need:
Either a valid photo of your state-issued ID with the new address or a recent document that shows you are receiving mail at your new mailing address.
Along with one of the documents below:
- Current statement from a financial institution, bank or credit union
- Telephone bill (landline or mobile)
- Internet, television, cable, or satellite provider bill
- Electricity, gas, water, or garbage removal bill (other utility bills won't be accepted)
- Paystub showing name and address
- Insurance bill, renewal, or declarations page (home, renters, auto, life)
The document needs to show your full name, address, and have a date that's current within the last 60 days.
You can send these to support@qapital.com with the subject line "Address Change", or you can open a support ticket in the app by selecting the 'Profile' tab > 'Support' > 'Message us' and attach the documents there.
