To change your mailing address, we will need:
(1) a completed change of address form (attached)
(2) a valid photo of your state-issued ID, and
(3) a recent document that shows you are receiving mail at your new mailing address. Accepted documents are: a current statement from a financial institution, utility bill, telephone bill, a bill from an internet provider, television/cable/satellite/home bill, or a renter's insurance invoice. The document needs to show your full name, address, and have date that's current within the last 60 days.
You can send these to email@example.com with the subject line "Change Address", or you can attach them in an open support ticket in the app by selecting the 'Profile' tab, 'Support', and 'View Past Conversations'.
