To change your mailing address, you'll need:
Either a valid photo of your state-issued ID with the new address or a recent document that shows you are receiving mail at your new mailing address.
Along with one of the documents below:
- Current statement from a financial institution, bank or credit union
- Telephone bill (landline or mobile)
- Internet, television, cable, or satellite provider bill
- Electricity, gas, water, or garbage removal bill (other utility bills won't be accepted)
- Paystub showing name and address
- Insurance bill, renewal, or declarations page (home, renters, auto, life)
The document needs to show your full name, address, and have a date that's current within the last 60 days.
To submit these documents, go to the Home tab and tap on the button in the top left corner. Then, tap the edit button in the top right corner (pencil) and tap on "Change address." From there, you'll be prompted to upload the documents directly in the app.
Once these documents are submitted, one of our support agents will send you an e-mail informing you that the change has been made.
