Change Address

To change your mailing address, we will need:

 

Either a valid photo of your state-issued ID with the new address or a recent document that shows you are receiving mail at your new mailing address.

 

Accepted documents are:

  • a current statement from a financial institution
  • telephone bill
  • a bill from an internet provider, television/cable/satellite/home bill
  • renter's insurance invoice

 

The document needs to show your full name, address, and have a  date that's current within the last 60 days.

 

You can send this to support@qapital.com with the subject line "Change Address", or you can attach them in an open support ticket in the app by selecting the 'Profile' tab, 'Support', and 'View Past Conversations'.
