Before you reach out to our support team please first go through the following steps:
1) Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
2) If you are experiencing a connection issue try updating your online bank credentials and checking if your financial institution has made updates to their system in regards to third-party app integrations. After checking that, you can try logging out of the app, force quitting and logging back in after you've updated your info. Some connection issues could take some time to fix but don't worry! Your money is still safe!
