If we were unable to automatically change your funding account, first make sure you do not have any pending transfers to or from your Qapital account. Changing funding account is only possible after all transfers have settled.
Please note that if you switch a funding account through the app, you will have to wait 60 days before you can change it again without help from support.
If you do not have any pending transfers and are still not able to change funding account, please follow these instructions:
1. Make sure your new account is a valid checking account and is linked in the app.
2. Send a message to the Qapital support team with a picture of a voided check or bank statement that clearly shows your full name and full account number in the same document.
3. In the same message, please also write your full account and routing numbers. You can reach out to us either through support in the app or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have a Qapital Spending Account the funding account change will have to be done manually by our team.
