If we were unable to automatically change your funding account, please follow these instructions:
On a new message to support in-app or via email at email@example.com.
Please note that if you switch a funding account through the app, you will have to wait 60 days before you can change it again without help from support.
If you have a Qapital Spending Account the funding account change will have to be done manually by our team.
1. Make sure your new account is a valid checking account and is linked in the app.
2. Attach a picture of a voided check or bank statement that clearly shows your full name and full account number in the same document.
3. Write in your full account and routing numbers in the message.
