If you were unable to automatically change your funding account, first make sure you do not have any pending transfers to or from your Qapital account. Changing funding account is only possible after all transfers have settled.
Please note that if you switch a funding account through the app, you will have to wait 90 days before you can change it again without help from support.
If you do not have any pending transfers and are still not able to change funding account, please follow these instructions:
1. Make sure your new account is a valid checking account and is linked in the account section in the app.
2. Send a message to the Qapital support team with a picture of a voided check or bank statement that clearly shows your full name and full account number in the same document.
3. Please also include two photos of your valid government-issued ID/Driver's License. One being a close up of just the ID, and one holding it next to your face (selfie).
4. In the same message, please also write your full account and routing numbers. You can reach us either through the support section in the app or via email at support@qapital.com.
