If you're having trouble linking your bank or you're experiencing a bank connection issue, don't worry! Your money is still safe! Reminder that your funds are also FDIC-insured up to $250k, and even if you are experiencing bank data connection issues in-app, your bank is still connected with our servers on the back end. That means you still have full access to the savings in your Qapital Account and can transfer them back to your connected funding account at any time.
First, you'll want to first make sure you have the latest version of the app. You can also try updating your online bank credentials to make sure if you or your online banking has made updates they have been updated with your Qapital Account as well. You'll want to make sure your bank supports third party app integrations as well. After checking all of those, you can try logging out of the app, force quitting and logging back in after you've updated your info.
