The money for the canceled deposit is still in the linked checking account that you chose as your funding account. That money was never transferred to your Qapital account. The reason why the balance on your Goal has decreased is because the Goal balance you see in the app includes the money that is scheduled to be deposited to your Qapital account but has not yet settled. When a deposit gets canceled, the scheduled amount is not sent and that amount is then deducted from your Goal balance. To view the full available balance settled in your Qapital account, scheduled and pending deposits, head to your Wallet tab and select your Qapital account.
Please Note: canceled transfers will not be re-sent automatically. If you’d like to make up for a canceled transfer, you’ll need to do that be sending a manual transfer in the app.
