Please make sure you have the most updated version of the app as this option is not available in older versions.
You will want to make sure to link your new preferred funding account to your Qapital account. To add a bank connection, head to the ‘Profile’ tab, tap the banner that says 'Accounts' and select the banner that says, 'CONNECT YOUR BANK'.
Once you have your new bank linked to your Qapital account, In the 'Accounts' screen, scroll down to 'Funding Account' and tap 'Change'. You will be able to select a new funding account from the list of valid checking account you have linked with Qapital.
Please note that if you switch a funding account through the app, you will have to wait 60 days before you can change it again without help from the support team.
If you have a Spending account
Please fill out the funding account change document attached here. In addition to the completed form, we'll also need a photo of a direct deposit form, a bank statement or a voided check (PNG or JPEG format only) that clearly shows your full name with both the full account and routing number. Please send the documents to firstname.lastname@example.org.
