Since we do not verify your identity for your connected accounts, you will need some help from the Customer Success Team to change your funding account for security, compliance and fraud prevention reasons.
Before you do that, you will want to make sure to link your new preferred funding account to your Qapital account as well. To add a bank connection, head to the ‘You’ tab, tap the banner that says 'Accounts' and select the banner that says, 'Add a bank...' You will then be able to follow the prompts. (The list of banks in the 'Other' list is searchable, so you don't need to scroll through the whole thing!)
Once you have your new bank linked to your Qapital account, reach out to our Customer Success Team to help get the documentation we need to update the funding account for you.
